Ice cubes

2 parts brandy or Cognac

1 part red wine

1 dash Angostura

½ dash Cointreau or Triple Sec

Glass: Old fashioned

Method: Stir

Alcohol: 28%



Put ice cubes in the stirring glass. Pour in the brandy, red wine (preferable Portugese), Cointreau (or triple sec) and Angostura. Stir together well and strain in an old fashioned glass on the rocks.
