1 Cherry, garnish 1 slice Pineapple, garnish 1 oz Cream of coconut 1 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz Pineapple juice 1 oz Light Rum
Combine all ingredients but garnish in a blender with a cup of ice. Blend until creamy.
Serve in a highball glass garnished with cherry and pineapple slice. Serves: 1
